Taking 3.5 hours to complete. Start line is Penarth Yacht club to green 'Mid Cardiff' buoy ODM 1st mark is 'Rannie' buoy. 2nd mark is 'Lavernock Spit' 3rd mark is 'North One Fathom' 4th mark is 'Merkur', then a long reach to 5th mark, 'Mackenzie'.
