Sir Russell Coutts launched an extraordinary attack a day after SailGP racing was cancelled because of endangered dolphins. Racing went ahead in Lyttelton on Sunday, but the SailGP boss blasted Canterbury authorities, including the Council, Department of Conservation and iwi, whose influence on decision-making he calls "astonishing".
